The Rectory Hotel is a laid-back country house set in three acres of grounds and situated in the beautiful Cotswold triangle of Tetbury, Malmesbury and Cirencester.

Before the day starts, friends and family are welcome to join James for pre-ceremony drinks in the Potting Shed pub which is opposite The Rectory Hotel.

As a courtesy to The Rectory's neighbours loud music stops at 11pm, but we'd love you all to stay as late as you like.

Below you’ll find the menus we have selected for the day. If you are eating with us, please let us know as part of your RSVP if you would like the vegetarian menu or have any other special dietary requirements.

The Rectory is only eight miles from junction 17 off the M4. Follow the A429 past Malmesbury towards Cirencester. The village of Crudwell is three miles after Malmesbury. When you see The Potting Shed Pub on the left, look to the right and the hotel is on the far side of the green, next to the church.

From Cirencester on the A429 take the first turn on the left after the Crudwell Village sign and the hotel is on the left hand side.

Obviously, we would love for everyone to stay at The Rectory with us but unfortunately there simply aren’t enough rooms. Assuming you’re not staying at The Rectory with us, here are some alternative places to stay:

We’ll be supplying natural, biodegradable confetti so there’s no need to bring any of your own.

After almost 11 years of living together, with three children and a dog, it won’t come as much of a surprise to you that we have accumulated many household essentials and items that might normally be considered traditional wedding gifts!

For anyone generous enough to want to give us a wedding gift, we’d like to ask that this comes in the form of contributions towards our honeymoon.

We’re very much looking forward to our honeymoon in the spring of 2017 when we’ll be visiting Thailand, spending our first three nights camping in the Khao Sok National Park at The Elephant Hills Rainforest Camp, followed by a slightly more luxurious week at The Sarojin Resort.
